What I've learned from Power Searching with Google that is helpful to me

Class 1:

Choosing keywords has helped me by getting more accurate results. I had never known that extra words like "a" or "in" can effect a search result.

Finding text on a page is extremely helpful to me by allowing me to search large webpages for specific words or subjects. I had never heard of this method until I learned it in this class.


Class 2:

The preview tab on the search results was a feature that I had never noticed. It has been helpful to me by allowing me to see if the webpage is a professional one or if it is informative and has the information I need before I click on it

I had never known that you can search some large websites from the result. It has helped me by allowing me to not have to search the entire website.
